The Subcommittee on the Screening of Complaints summoned representatives from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board and The Icon Company to investigate the truth, provide clarification, and mediate to reach a conclusion. The Subcommittee on Screening met almost every week, until finally The Icon Company paid back the injured party, and the injured party did not wish to press charges. A daily record was recorded at a police station in Chonburi Province as evidence. And in the meeting of the Subcommittee on Screening, there was a record of this conclusion, which can be searched. All of which shows that the Pheu Thai Party, as a committee member and Subcommittee on Screening at that time, used the power of the Committee to investigate the facts, mediate, and forward the matter to the relevant agencies, n ot to decide right or wrong. Moreover, it was able to fully recover the damages from the people in a short period of time. In the case of The Icon Company, the case is currently under the process of the police and DSI, who are working quickly and hard. Meanwhile, the government has been moving forward with all parties in this matter, since Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, ordered all sectors to urgently resolve the problem.
