Bangkok: The court has issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in the murder of a Thai woman in a condo room in the Thonglor area. The suspect is being tracked down for legal prosecution.
According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Col. Noppasin Poolsawat, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, revealed that after the investigation officers of Thonglor Police Station submitted documents to the Phra Nakhon South District Court to request an arrest warrant for Mr. Daniel, the suspect in the murder of Ms. Prawpirat or Minnie, a Thai woman, in a condo room in the Thonglor area, the Phra Nakhon South District Court recently issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Daniel on charges of being an alien who entered and stayed in the Kingdom without permission or whose permission had expired or been revoked, being a person who found an unnatural death, and neglecting to notify the administrative officers or the police as soon as possible.
As for the initial tracking, the deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan Police stated that from the latest investigation, there were reports that the suspect appeared in the northern region of Thailand. Currently, they are waiting for confirmation and tracking him down to prosecute him according to the law.
