According to Thai News Agency, the Constitutional Court judges convened at 9:00 a.m. to discuss and formulate their opinions, which will be presented to the President of the Constitutional Court. The legal proceedings began when 36 senators petitioned the Constitutional Court to assess Ms. Paethongtarn's ministerial status in light of the audio clip.
