Bangkok: The Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) has announced adjustments to its shuttle bus service plan to facilitate the transportation of individuals visiting Sanam Luang to pay respects and mourn the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, at the Grand Palace.
