Bangkok: Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) has announced the completion of its tender offer for all securities of Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) from other BSRC shareholders, with the process concluding as scheduled on November 27th. The company has outlined its plans to delist BSRC shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on December 12th.
According to Thai News Agency, the next phase involves BCP paying the tender offer price using newly issued ordinary shares of the company. The exchange rate set for this transaction is one ordinary share of Bangchak Corporation for every 6.50 ordinary shares of BSRC.
BCP is in the process of submitting a request to the SET to list its newly issued ordinary shares. Concurrently, BSRC is seeking approval from the SET to delist all its shares. The final trading day for BSRC shares is expected to be December 11, 2025. It is anticipated that trading of BCP's newly issued ordinary shares will commence on the SET on December 12, 2025, coinciding with the delisting of all BSRC shares.
