Rangers arrested a 25-year-old man who was transporting 200,000 methamphetamine pills and fleeing a checkpoint. He confessed that he was hired to transport methamphetamine pills for a capitalist group. The suspect rode a red and white motorcycle through a checkpoint of the 21st Special Forces Ranger Company in Ban Ahee, Tambon Ahee, Amphoe Tha Li, Loei Province at around 2:00 a.m. before fleeing on the Ban Ahee-Ahee road, with rangers chasing him. Previously, officers were notified that there would be a delivery of methamphetamine in the area of ??Ban Nong Num Bam, Tambon Ahi, Amphoe Tha Li, so they set up a checkpoint to intercept it. They found a suspicious vehicle driving into the checkpoint area, acting suspiciously and trying to make a U-turn to escape. Officers therefore coordinated with the checkpoint in front of the gas station to help intercept it, but the perpetrator still managed to break through the checkpoint and escape. Until reaching the area of ??Ban Chonlaprathan, Tambon Tha Li, Amphoe Tha Li, the suspect's motorcycle was found to have overturned. Therefore, Mr. Thawatchai, age 25, was arrested. An inspection of the rainbow sack found 36 packages of methamphetamine pills, 1 bundle, approximately 218,000 pills, wrapped in wax paper, packed in a clear plastic bag, hidden in the rainbow sack. Mr. Thawatchai initially confessed that he was hired to transport methamphetamine pills to a group of investors.
